Event Manager Rules

Authorized management
Only assigned managers and co-managers can manage their event. Platform owners control manager assignments. Community or event managers cannot access unrelated platform investigations.
Applications and fees
State rules, questions, company/category limits, fee instructions and deadlines clearly. Fees are handled externally. A manually confirmed fee is a manager record, not a payment verified by LVE.
Privacy and operations
Application answers and private manager notes stay restricted. Keep public venue information appropriate and do not publish private residential addresses. Use the approved vendor directory and current schedule.
End of cycle
Reset archives the cycle’s posts and comments for authorized staff investigation access. Members stay joined; vendor approval resets. The next cycle remains empty until the manager starts it.
