These terms govern your use of Lighthouse Virtual Empire (LVE). By using LVE, you agree to these terms and the Community Rules. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Eligibility and accounts
Public content may be browsed without an account. Account holders must be at least 18. You are responsible for your account, the profiles linked to it, and activity under those profiles. Protect your password and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. Account access and age-verification checks may be required to use features.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give LVE permission to store, display, distribute within the service, and format that content as needed to operate the site, provide attachments, and conduct moderation. You must have the rights to submit it and must not infringe others’ rights. Public posts and profiles can be viewed by people without an account.
Messages, events, and moderation
Private event access is controlled by group membership and role permissions. Direct messages are available to conversation participants and to owners/admins for moderation. They are not end-to-end encrypted. Resetting an event archives its posts and comments; it does not delete them. Owners/admins retain access to archived content for investigations. Vendors and transactions
Vendors are responsible for their listings, product claims, fulfillment, and any transactions they arrange. Participation in LVE or earning a badge does not mean LVE endorses a vendor or guarantees a purchase. Check the vendor’s price, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms before buying. Paid advertising and platform payment features are still being prepared; applicable prices and purchase terms must be shown before a paid order is accepted.
Responsible use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, scrape private information, evade moderation, or bypass messaging restrictions. LVE may remove content or profiles for violations. You may request a review by contacting support.
Availability and changes
Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical problems. LVE does not promise uninterrupted access, business results, or a particular feed position. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date; material changes will be communicated through a site notice.

For account closure, content concerns, or questions about these terms, email support@lighthousevirtualempire.com. Requests may require verification of account ownership. Some records may need to be retained for moderation, disputes, security, or legal requirements.
